Councillor Dave Harris : out and about complaining about the lack of Weed spraying

Working in the area today inspecting where weeds are growing in the Kerbs and paths. I have raised this with Essex County Council, with a response to my query that gives me little cheer.  I will keep raising it.

Dire situation in South Colchester.
