Update in our Communities

A week has flown by, and so much going on.

With social distancing, to stay at home, times are rough for many people.

The good advice of the Health Professionals needs to be followed. Staying at home to stop the COVID-19 from spreading quickly and save lives.

Please please follow the advice. It is vital!

Only go out to do shopping (and that only when needed) , and to assist those vulnerable.

Stay away from groups or people from other households

In past week I have been working with great volunteers in South Colchester.

Following all the rules, we have been delivering food parcels to those without, and getting prescriptions to those who need, but cannot get out.

Recycling and Refuse

Remember to wipe all surfaces before you put bags and waste bins out, AND wipe them when you bring them in,

WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY DOING SUCH TASKS FOR MIN 20 SECONDS!
